Cascade Village
This 52,918SF project includes 49 units of affordable housing and 7,500SF of commercial pace. Funding will go directly toward transit, pedestrian, and bike improvements throughout downtown connecting to the future Win-River Hotel Company commercial center project.
Queen Lilly
Located two and a half miles north of Highway 70, on Caribou Road. It is approximately 30 miles west of Quincy. There are 12 single family campsites, each with a table, fire ring, and a bear box for food storage. This is a nice shady campground on the banks of the North Fork Feather River.
Redding Public Market
This project was inspired by other major markets around the world that make for a gathering place for residents and tourists. This location is set up for you to find superb local foods, cocktails, beer and wine, as well as other merchants and restaurants. The hope for this project is that it will become another engine that drives downtown Redding and continues to transform it into a vibrant atmosphere that is full of activity every day of the week.
Ribcage
This project sits on the edge of the Redding cultural District creating a 3,632SF barbecue restaurant with a second-floor patio dining area, full cocktail bar, and unique shipping container construction. On the apartment side of the lot, there will be a 3-story, 8,040SF complex with 1 market rate, workforce friendly, 1 bedroom/1 bath units.
Shasta Public Health
In general, the project consists of replacing the Public Health Lab HVAC system. The new system will include a boiler, chiller, and generator plant in a new separate building, replace roof mounted air handler units, provide modifications to the interior HVAC system, replace roofing, and associated work at the Shasta County Public Health Lab located at 2650 Breslauer way, Redding, CA.
Center of Hope II
A subset of apartment units will offer supportive services to assist chronically homeless, those experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Combined with services provided by Hill Country Community Clinic as well as commercial space to support workforce reintroduction efforts, Center of Hope Apartments is designed to grant an opportunity to some of those who are facing the most challenges in our community.
Paradise Elementary
Rebuild of four school buildings including classrooms, administration, gymnasium, cafeteria, and commercial kitchen.
