When dealing with a clog in the kitchen sink, use a second plunger to cover the other drain. Why you may ask? Doing this will allow you to build up the maximum amount of force so that the clog breaks free quickly and easily.

Wipes vs. paper

What is easier on your septic/sewer system. To help keep it short, not all toilet wipes and paper are made equal. Studies have shown that it can take months to even years for wipes to actually break down, causing massive issues in your plumbing lines and septic tanks. As for toilet paper, those studies show you how quickly they can begin to dissolve but without proper water flow will not make it all the way out. The term "flushable" normally just means it can go through your plumbing, but does not cover the lasting affect it can cause.
